Senior Solutions Engineer

Role Overview:

• Own end-to-end implementation of Transcend’s web consent product for assigned customers.
• Troubleshoot client-side issues including script loading order, CSP conflicts.
• Implement and configure Transcend’s DSR automation workflows for customer environments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Knowledge Building:

• Partner with Solution Architecture to receive implementation blueprints and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with Program Management to maintain accurate project status, flag at-risk implementations.
• Contribute implementation learnings to Transcend’s knowledge base and LMS to enable self-serve onboarding motions.

Required Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in solutions engineering, implementation engineering, technical support engineering, or professional services at a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong client-side web development skills: proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and the browser DOM.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills with the ability to lead implementation calls, create clear technical documentation, and translate complex requirements into actionable steps.
