REO Asset Manager

Portfolio & Asset Management:

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of residential REO assets across multiple markets nationwide.
• Develop and execute disposition strategies to maximize investor returns and client performance.
• Monitor portfolio metrics, SLAs, timelines, and operational benchmarks.

Property Oversight & Value Optimization:

• Evaluate asset-specific opportunities to increase net recovery through repairs and marketing.
• Review and approve property budgets, vendor recommendations, and capital improvements.
• Partner with field services and vendor networks to minimize expenses and liability.

Sales & Disposition Management:

• Oversee the disposition process from pre-listing through closing.
• Determine marketing channels including MLS, online auctions, and bulk sales.
• Evaluate offers, negotiate terms, secure approvals, and facilitate closings.
