Associate Engineering Manager

We are seeking an Associate Engineering Manager who will lead and support a team of engineers focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. In this role, you will help your team develop the context, skills, and process needed to consistently deliver valuable work with a high level of quality, accuracy and reliability. Success in the first 90 days involves building trust with the distributed engineering team and key stakeholders, understanding team strengths and challenges, aligning delivery practices with organizational values, and developing a system-level view to improve effectiveness. The role includes building relationships with a distributed team, understanding team members’ career goals, engaging with stakeholders, understanding the team's vision and backlog priorities, and partnering with the Product Manager to align on execution. Furthermore, it requires improving team delivery capability, ensuring balanced backlog planning, and establishing a primary point of contact for engineering stakeholders to shield the team from unproductive interruptions.
