Budget Management
Campaign Execution & Program Management:
- Translate high-level campaign strategies into detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage end-to-end execution across creative, content, media, analytics, and partner marketing workstreams.
- Own production schedules, content calendars, approvals, and workflow management to ensure timely delivery.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the central point of coordination across marketing, product, analytics, and agency teams.
- Facilitate clear communication, alignment, and handoffs between stakeholders to ensure accountability.
- Provide regular updates on campaign status, timelines, risks, and key decisions to leadership.
Performance Tracking & Agency Coordination:
- Partner with analytics teams to track KPIs and gather performance insights for campaign optimization.
- Manage relationships with agencies and external partners to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
- Conduct quality control reviews to ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required with 6–9+ years in integrated marketing, campaign execution, or program management.
- Strong project management capabilities, analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent communication, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
