Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Product Marketing to define campaign strategy, including targeting, personas, and value drivers.
- Build GTM orchestration plans connecting messaging, sales plays, and activation activities across functions.
- Prioritize campaigns and manage cross-functional timelines, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
Campaign Activation:
- Own campaign orchestration across awareness, demand generation, field, partner, and digital channels.
- Drive cross-team coordination for execution with defined owners for AR/PR, digital, events, and sales.
- Evaluate content needs and oversee target account inclusion to ensure Sales and SDR/BDR teams are fully enabled.
Performance & Alignment:
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to define buying triggers, selling motions, and enablement tools.
- Ensure campaigns are consistently activated across outbound cadences, LinkedIn, field programs, and digital demand.
- Track campaign performance metrics, provide regular reporting, and iterate for optimization to deliver pipeline and awareness outcomes.
