Job Description
The Project Manager will manage internal and external resources to deliver professional service engagements successfully and with quality outcomes, reporting to the leadership team of Professional Services. They will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand the business requirements of the customer. Leveraging a team of Services Delivery staff and customer stakeholders, they drive the implementation of software solutions.
Analyzing scope, creating a project plan, and managing multiple externally facing customer implementations of the software are crucial aspects of this role. This involves executing the project budget, managing team resources, communications, and project plans to ensure timely and within-scope delivery. Anticipating and addressing barriers to project success, resolving risks and issues promptly, and escalating concerns when necessary are key responsibilities. Acting as the primary interface with client business units, leading formal presentations, and influencing the financial impact of project deliverables also fall under this role.
