Engineering Manager, Business Solutions

The IT Enterprise Engineering Manager is responsible for providing a consistent and reliable experience across all applications and services. This role is responsible for partnering with the organization to ensure systems are maintained, installed, and configured appropriately for current business requirements. What you’ll do Lead a team of IT Engineers and Analysts Plan out team objectives in coordination with Business units and other stakeholders Run Sprints from planning to retroactive review Assist team with task completion Take Ownership of relationships with relevant stakeholders and vendors Provide guidance and coaching to team members Report to upper management on various aspects of the team Work through complex asks and issues not currently understood to find a path forward Work with partners to turn Business needs into actionable system requirements Design, Document, Update, and Configure based on requirements Work with Vendors to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions Continue to develop personal knowledge and expertise Maintain and monitor system performance Identify security risks, best practices, and provide education to the organization and team Actively participate in all facets of the incident response lifecycle and enhance incident response playbooks leveraging automation to remediate issues or add context where possible.
