Members of the Elite team are specialists providing an exceptional level of support, operating a follow-the-sun model to assist customers with their Ping solutions.

Lead sophisticated enterprise customer engagements, serving as a Salesforce Core Cloud technical platform SME to client stakeholders and internal teams. Drive digital customer experiences, define business requirements, and build Salesforce platform solutions. Support business development efforts and maintain Salesforce Architect certification.
