About the Role:
- We are seeking a Program Manager to lead IT programs for the NICHD Office of OIT.
- This role involves planning and execution of complex IT projects, including emerging technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex IT programs and projects.
- Develop and maintain program management artifacts, schedules, and risk registers.
- Prepare executive-level reports and support strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of management experience with 4 years in federal IT projects.
- Active PMP certification and BS/BA degree in related field.
- Extensive experience in IT evaluations and federal government policies.
