As an Ada engineer, you’ll have the autonomy to make a huge impact and the oportunity to work alongside talented peers, partnering with product managers, designers, and machine learning scientists and will be responsible for both building scalable systems and working directly with LLMs. The team values a high ownership mindset, and as a Senior Engineer, your job is not just to write the code, but to give valuable input on the features we develop and the technical foundations of our systems. You must empathize with our direct customers, and end users who will interact with the AI agents we power, to think about the best ways to solve the problems on our roadmap.
