Role:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers.
  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Qualify customers to meet program guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Expected to make 100+ dials per day.
  • Meet business defined metrics of production.
  • Update the Sales CRM with notes of each transaction.

Qualifications:

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office), 10-key, and Soft phone a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organized, performance driven.
