We're excited to announce the expansion of the Homeowner Success’ Project Advisor team. Handle outbound and inbound calls from customers professionally and courteously. Field calls to and from homeowners to offer assistance with their home projects and provide relevant information and support. Engage homeowners in discussions about available services and solutions tailored to their needs. Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. Collaborate with team members and leadership to share knowledge and best practices. Actively participate in team Learning and Development activities to foster both team collaboration but also personal growth. Support team goals and initiatives to improve overall performance and customer satisfaction. Adhere to performance metrics such as conversion rate, customer satisfaction ratings, and accuracy. Seek feedback from leadership and utilize it to improve individual performance and customer interactions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using designated systems.
