Provider Network Leadership:
- Oversee daily clinical performance across the country's largest online dermatology workforce.
- Lead provider onboarding, training, and ongoing development for remote care delivery.
- Drive provider productivity and quality through structured coaching and AI integration.
Clinical Quality & Compliance:
- Build correction workflows and monitor adherence to treatment protocols.
- Measure and report treatment outcomes, flagging trends for clinical review.
- Develop regulatory-grade SOPs and SLAs to ensure audit readiness.
