Architecture & Solution Design:
- Defines and drives architecture for an assigned business area, translating business strategy into implementable solutions.
- Designs AI-native systems with guardrails for safe, effective use of AI within applications and workflows.
- Owns architectural execution and ensures teams utilize modern AI-native approaches efficiently.
Technical Leadership:
- Establishes architecture standards, patterns, and design guardrails, guiding design reviews and major technical decisions.
- Mentors developers and other architects, strengthening architecture discipline and technical judgment.
- Collaborates with product, engineering, and security teams to align architectural decisions with business outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of experience designing and building web, workflow, service, and backend applications.
- Deep experience with microservices, cloud-native architecture, and AI-assisted development practices.
