About the Role:
- You will act as the strategic technical advisor for a small set of Glean's most important Enterprise customers.
- You will own long-term architecture decisions and guide productionizing of advanced workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic technical roadmaps and lead architecture review workshops.
- Guide customers on design choices across APIs, SDKs, custom integrations, and agent workflows.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure coherent technical delivery.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years experience with Bachelor's in CS or equivalent; strong skills in Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, and AI workflow production.
- Ability to communicate strategy to executives and developers alike.
