About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly technical and customer-facing Solutions Architect to drive revenue through enterprise deals and partner ecosystems.
  • This role sits within the Alliances team and involves leading POCs, writing code, and translating complex architectures into business value.
  • You will partner with Channel and Partner Enablement Managers to scale partner programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical partner to SIs and technology partners, enabling them to deliver Netomi solutions effectively.
  • Lead and support technical sales cycles including solution design, demos, and hands-on POCs in partnership with Sales and Alliances.
  • Design scalable enterprise-grade architectures leveraging APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms.

Requirements:

  • 6-10+ years in Solutions Engineering, Architecture, or technical pre-sales roles with strong hands-on coding and API experience.
  • Ability to prototype, debug, and adapt solutions in live environments and create repeatable technical assets.
  • Experience with AI/ML or LLM-based systems and cloud environments like AWS, Azure, GCP.
