About the Role:
- Contribute to AIR's Innovation Lab and Employment and Economic Opportunity Program.
- Support innovation development, scaling efforts, and applied research across project teams.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain shared analytic tools, code libraries, research pipelines, and documentation.
- Lead quantitative analyses, manage complex datasets, and review junior staff's code.
- Prototype and test machine learning and AI tools, including large language models.
Qualifications:
- Master's or doctoral degree in a quantitative field.
- Proficiency in R and Python, with working knowledge of Stata.
- Experience with causal inference, complex survey data, and reproducible research.
