Role Overview:
- This position brings together SaaS product ownership, IT asset management, application administration, security, automation, licensing, and financial optimization.
- You will own both the business and technical health of assigned SaaS applications, keeping them secure, integrated, compliant, cost-effective, and easy to manage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee SaaS application roadmaps, governance, and stakeholder communication.
- Implement SSO, MFA, access reviews, and automated provisioning via APIs, scripting, and low-code tools.
- Analyze license utilization and spending to drive cost optimization and renewal decisions.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 3 years of SaaS administration or IT Asset Management experience with hands-on technical expertise.
- Strong understanding of software licensing models and experience with identity technologies like SAML, OAuth, and Entra ID.
- Ability to operate across technical engineering, governance, and financial functions.
