Job Description

We’re looking for a Global Senior Technical Recruiter to drive high-volume recruiting across multiple roles, functions, and regions. This is a hands-on role where you’ll spend most of your time engaging candidates through video and phone interviews, building pipelines, and ensuring every interaction reflects our values. Manage end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across global markets. Conduct 30+ candidate interviews per week (5–6 hours/day). Evaluate candidates across both core/established technologies (Java, .NET, Python, C/C++, cloud platforms, databases) and emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, DevOps, data engineering, cybersecurity, etc.) following our Playbook and supportive documentation.
