Job Description
As a Senior Software Engineer in the Content Experience Team, you will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of the Employer Resources Library — a large-scale, high-performance content platform that supports millions of users across 90 locales. You will develop end-to-end solutions across frontend and backend using Java, PHP, React, GraphQL, and WordPress, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless user experience. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver robust solutions, optimize system performance, and continuously implement new technologies and best practices.
