Expert Business Analyst / Revenue Cycle

The Business Analyst will be responsible for creating the business and/or functional requirements necessary for technology solutions that meet customer needs, expected delivery dates, and exceptional quality standards. This involves working under the direction of the Manager to provide application solutions for assigned business areas. The role requires functional knowledge of assigned application technology and interaction with business stakeholders to solicit business requirements. The candidate will translate business requirements into user story maps, product-specific designs and configuration, detailed requirement specifications and use cases. The Business Analyst will deliver functional specifications, design documents, business process workflow and related documentation for new development projects and enhancement requests to be used by development teams. Additionally, the role involves interacting with development teams during the software build and testing process, performing functional application configuration and testing, ensuring programs meet business specifications, and demonstrating new functionality to business users. The candidate should also be capable of reviewing vendor-provided documentation and user manuals and directly interfacing with business users by responding to escalated support calls.
