The Sales Operations Lead (SOL) is a valuable resource for the Regional Sales Operations team. In addition to their standard Sales Operations Specialist (SOS) responsibilities, the SOL will provide additional support to the regional Director of Operations to help maintain a successful operational sales process. In this role, the SOL will report to the Director of Operations and work hand in hand to maintain a high level of internal and external customer service. The SOL will assist in refinement and management of the internal sales operations process for the region as well as assist with other regional and corporate projects, as needed.
