Job Description

As a Technical Writer at AuditBoard, you will play a key role in ensuring that our internal and external documentation is clear, accurate, and up-to-date. You will work closely with Product, Engineering & Design (PED) teams, release management, and go-to-market stakeholders to produce high-quality release notes, internal product documentation, and developer resources that help both technical and non-technical audiences understand and get value out of our platform. The responsibilities include collaborating with PED teams and the release management team to draft, edit, and publish internal and external release notes for new product releases and updates. Also, you will support PED teams in drafting and maintaining internal documentation for PED teams, support staff, and other internal stakeholders. Finally, you will support the integrations team in managing and improving developer documentation for APIs, integrations, and platform features.
