Position Summary:
- We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our core software team, contributing across pipeline engineering, operational tooling, and field support.
- This is a generalist role where you will build and maintain our core sequencing analysis platform, fix bugs, and improve reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to development on the sequencing analysis pipeline in Python, including bug fixes, feature work, and code reviews.
- Own and maintain CI/CD pipelines, build configuration, and regression infrastructure.
- Respond to inbound triage requests from the field and develop operational tooling.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of professional software engineering experience with solid Python skills.
- Familiarity with Linux, HPC environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong debugging instincts and ability to triage ambiguous failures.
