Revenue Ownership & Recognition:
- Own revenue recognition across all revenue streams.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and ASC 606.
- Partner with the CFO and Controller on monthly and quarterly close.
Accounts Receivable & Deferred Revenue Management:
- Partner with billing to understand accounts receivable processes.
- Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of deferred revenue schedules.
- Design and maintain deferred revenue roll-forwards.
Systems, Data & Process Design:
- Own the reconciliation between HubSpot, QuickBooks, and supporting tools.
- Design scalable processes to support new revenue streams as they are launched.
- Improve automation, reporting, and documentation.
