Scope of the Role:
- Lead technical training, capability development, quality assurance, and continuous improvement for AI data programs.
- Work closely with AI/ML, Data Science, Operations, and Quality teams to meet client-defined standards.
What You’ll Own:
- Design and execute technical training programs for AI data teams, including curricula, assessments, and certifications.
- Own quality frameworks, define KPIs, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical guidance for AI data workflows like data annotation, LLM evaluation, and RLHF.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have:
- 8–12 years of experience in AI/ML, data operations, quality management, or related areas.
- Strong understanding of AI, ML, Generative AI, and LLMs.
- Experience with root cause analysis, calibration, and process improvement.
