Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end quality and delivery for assigned Human Data projects.
- Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of AI Tutors.
- Drive efficiency by identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
Basic Qualifications:
- 6 months+ hands-on experience in data labeling or similar domains.
- Basic understanding of AI and ML concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous people leadership experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis and tools (SQL a plus).
- Familiarity with project management tools like Notion, JIRA, Linear.
