Project Lead, AI Model Training

Responsibilities:

• Lead AI training, evaluation, and data operations engagements end to end, from client scoping to delivery and post-project review.
• Translate client objectives into project plans, task specifications, quality standards, and evaluation criteria.
• Configure projects on the data operations platform, manage annotator pools, and maintain alignment through calibration sessions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in data labeling, RLHF, SFT, AI evaluation delivery, or closely related AI data operations.
• Strong operational mindset with ability to investigate quality metrics, diagnose workflow issues, and resolve production problems.
• Demonstrated client-facing experience and ability to manage concurrent projects with different requirements and timelines.
