We're seeking a Marketing Data Analyst who is passionate about data, storytelling, and operational excellence. This is a pivotal role responsible for marketing analytics and reporting across all channels and programs. You will be the go-to expert on marketing performance data—helping us understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to invest to maximize return on investment. You’ll work multi-functionally with partners in Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Systems, and be trusted to turn complex data into clear insights that fuel decision-making and pipeline acceleration.
Own the end-to-end development of marketing dashboards and reporting across campaigns, programs, channels, funnel stages, and pipeline creation. Build and maintain SQL-based datasets and reports from Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics. Analyze marketing performance metrics (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, channel attribution, ROMI) and deliver actionable insights. Partner with Revenue Operations and Marketing stakeholders to support pipeline planning, forecasting, and coverage analysis.
Identify data gaps and opportunities to improve reporting processes, data integrity, and automation. Drive a culture of measurement and optimization within the marketing org.
