Senior Product Manager (VCS Ecosystem)

What you’ll do:

• Set the long-term product strategy for VCS and code-change workflows across all JetBrains IDEs.
• Identify gaps in current developer workflows and define new product directions in the VCS space.

• Strong product judgment, especially when navigating ambiguous areas to define a new ecosystem.

• Previous success leading product direction for technically complex developer tools, SCM, or CI/CD software.
• A deep understanding of version control mechanics and how developers ship code.

• Moving VCS from a platform subsystem to a clear, strategic ecosystem.
• Building a compelling product vision that engineering teams are aligned on and customers are excited about.
