About the Role:
- We are a large-scale consumer marketplace building AI-native product experiences, where Trust and Safety is a strategic growth lever.
- We seek a Lead Product Manager to own the T&S product agenda end-to-end, defining strategy for fraud detection, user integrity, and marketplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the T&S product strategy and roadmap, balancing fraud mitigation with growth protection.
- Build proactive, intelligence-driven prevention systems including Risk Engine, anomaly detection, and ML models.
- Define and track success metrics like fraud loss rates, false positive rates, and user trust scores.
What We're Looking For:
- Significant product management experience in high-scale consumer platforms, with proven ownership of trust or fraud domains.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience building scalable systems that proactively detect and prevent abuse.
- Hands-on experience with AI, ML, risk scoring, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, and Legal.
