Role Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements including NDAs, SaaS subscription agreements, order forms, and DPAs.
- Support Sales and Customer Success teams in closing deals efficiently while aligning with company risk guidelines and reviewing customer contract requests.
Deal Support & Process:
- Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to keep deals moving and unblock contract-related issues, providing clear, practical guidance to non-legal stakeholders.
- Use and help maintain standard templates and clause libraries, contributing to improved contract workflows for a high-volume sales environment.
Collaboration & Growth:
- Work with internal teams such as Sales, RevOps, and Security/Privacy to ensure contract terms align with business and product needs.
