General Ledger & Financial Reporting:
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate results in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
- Review general ledger journal entries, prepare technical accounting assessments, and assist in internal financial statement preparation.
Operational Accounting & Process Improvement:
- Develop and maintain strong internal controls, identify system enhancements, and manage corporate credit card and expense reporting systems.
- Serve as a key point of contact for financial system maintenance and provide financial support for operational teams.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a CPA designation strongly preferred and 5+ years of progressive experience.
- Possess strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, advanced Excel proficiency, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in Big 4 Accounting, public companies, or technology/SaaS environments is highly valued.
