Field Marketing Operations Manager

Lead the strategy, systems, and execution that power our field marketing programs. This role is responsible for building the operational foundation that enables the Field Marketing team to deliver exceptional, measurable experiences—from flagship conferences to regional activations—that generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen customer engagement. This individual will own process design, campaign operations, and performance reporting to ensure seamless execution and continual optimization across programs. The Field Marketing Operations Manager will also lead vendor and cross-functional coordination, as well as manage tools and infrastructure to deliver efficiency and excellence at scale.
