Job Description
Lead and own the vision, roadmap, and performance of Muvr’s marketplace platform — covering customer, driver, and dispatch-facing products. Translate business objectives into clear product goals, feature requirements, and measurable outcomes. Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment between engineering capacity, business priorities, and user needs. Balance competing priorities and deliver measurable results. Monitor and report on key product KPIs — activation, conversion, job completion, retention, and satisfaction — to drive measurable growth. Identify opportunities for automation, platform scalability, and process improvement across the customer and driver lifecycle.
