Financial Business Partner

The Financial Business Partner plays a pivotal role within the Financial Management team and is responsible for designing and interpreting financial reports, developing financial models assessing the impact of strategic scenarios and delivering financial insights that drive the Association’s performance and growth. The role requires a blend of analytic acumen, strategic thinking, collaborative leadership, and effective communication. The individual must transform complex financial scenarios into clear, actionable strategies and have the ability to simplify complex financial issues through the lens of financial analysis and modeling support. This includes providing strategic decision support and exploring opportunities to improve profitability and return on capital. The Financial Business Partner co-leads the coordination of budget, forecast, and business unit planning process, guiding and advising business leaders toward financial performance objectives and also co-leads business case design and development for transformational business initiatives. Other duties include identifying initiatives by developing practical solutions/enhancements to inefficient processes and procedures. Travel is approximately 15%.
