Job Description
This role leads development for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance, and contributes in all phases of the development lifecycle. Active participation in client meetings is expected, professionally and expertly, tailoring communications to fit audience. Requires minimal supervision, providing oversight for assigned projects. Works fast with an attention to detail within a fast-paced work environment with hard deadlines. Writes well designed, testable, efficient code, translating business needs into technical requirements. Provides constructive feedback in code reviews. Prepares and produces releases of software components, and supports continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies.
