Advanced Program Performance Management Specialist (PPM/EVM)

This position is responsible for providing contract/program cost and/or schedule management and analysis related to established or new development programs for major component or small system, or production or logistics programs. Single or multiple contracts typically valued up to $20M per year. The analyst will develop the program cost and/or schedule baseline within the contract parameters in conjunction with the program team. The analyst will analyze program performance (historical and predictive), and monitor the contract/program Estimate at Complete and schedule completion date, and make recommendations to program manager and program leads. Develops the time-phased budget in conjunction with program team to meet all contract and program objectives. Collects and updates full program performance data, prepares and analyzes historical and predictive measures, and reviews results and recommendations with program manager and program leads. Integrates subcontractor cost and/or schedule data and/or material data into program data. Ensures program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated and resolves network logic conflicts. Applies advanced schedule techniques and analysis (health and quality checks, resource loading, risk analysis). Analyzes critical path and driving paths to identify and manage schedule risk. Prepares timely, accurate program review documents. Presents documents to appropriate audience. Prepares timely, accurate customer required documents and reviews with program manager and department manager. Coordinates contract/program Estimate At Complete (EAC), risk and opportunity, and Management Reserve data with Finance organization as input into business financial commitments. Updates program time-phased budget and/or schedule and associated documents to ensure latest contract modifications and related requirements are incorporated. Applies key areas of the Program Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) to develop executable processes for supported programs and lead program teams in their implementation.
