Senior Finance Associate (L3)

Looking for a hands-on finance professional to join our lean team and help build scalable processes for in-house accounting. This role will take ownership of designing and maintaining accounting workflows, supporting a system migration (multi-currencies involved), and taking charge of several compliance matters. You will also play a key role in supporting our external financial audits and strengthening financial controls as we scale. Responsibilities include financial reporting, accounting, planning & analysis, budgeting & forecasting, and risk & financial operations. Managing sales invoices, vendor payments, documentation, and staying up-to-date with financial regulations are also important. Mentoring interns and contributing to continuous improvement are expected.
