Global Program Manager - Commercial Cloud

Veeva is looking for an industry expert driven to deliver solutions connecting sales, market, and medical sectors. You will manage customer-facing teams and coordinate with sales to optimize products and services, meeting customer needs and driving product adoption. As the Global Program Manager, you'll own customer success, partnering across Veeva teams, including Product and Sales, to benefit the customer. This customer-facing role involves working from customer sites, home offices, and offsite meetings. Accountabilities include service delivery for Veeva's Commercial product line, deep partnership with customer leadership to define roadmaps, application management, and coordinating customer success and product management activities. The position requires 7+ years in program management within the Pharmaceutical Commercial space, consulting experience, a track record in leading teams, and skills in problem resolution.
