Job Description

The Billing Specialist - Client Services is responsible for the processing, data entry, and accurate billing of fire protection service orders for National Account Customers and their locations. This role ensures that each work order is invoiced with high detail and precision. Additionally, tasks include managing overdue payables and resolving any billing discrepancies to maintain Accounts Receivable reporting metrics. Core responsibilities include billing management, discrepancy resolution, and accounts receivable oversight. This involves processing completed work orders, handling data entry and invoicing through customer-specific software portals, and producing line-item billing with accuracy. The specialist will document and resolve pricing concerns, address discrepancies, and monitor customer Accounts Receivable reports. Maintaining effective relationships with Branch and Affiliate Partners and meeting customer service metrics are also critical.
