Senior Director, HR Business Partner (AI-Native)

Role Impact:

• Translate AI-native operating models into concrete people decisions and workforce strategies for a major organizational transformation.
• Serve as the primary people design partner for role frameworks and career development in a newly defined structure.

Team and Leadership:

• Manage and develop a team of HRBPs supporting non-technical functions across the company.
• Build the team's capability in AI-native tools, modeling the efficient, AI-enabled operations expected of the business.

Cross-Functional Strategy:

• Partner with the CPO, CTO, and EPD leadership to design the transformation operating model and sequence rollouts to other functions.
• Adapt core people programs like performance, compensation, and career ladders to fit the new AI-native operating model.
