Strategy & Ops Associate

As the Strategy & Operations Associate, you’ll be the right hand to the General Manager, helping shape Academy’s strategy as the team continues to evolve. In this highly strategic and cross-functional role, you’ll use data to inform decisions, turn ideas into structured plans, and drive execution across teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and measurable impact as we scale Academy’s growth. Academy is one of Sword Health's products that provides expert-led education that helps members understand their health, reduce risks, and build healthy habits. Academy drives engagement and long-term behavior change by making evidence-based learning accessible and easy to understand. You will help the GM handle the team through project management, operations enablement and development of key initiatives; be a thought partner and collaborate with the GM to define the goals and strategic initiatives to be launched; and be responsible for supporting and improving the team's effectiveness through planning, prioritization, and driving executional follow-ups.
