Senior Staff Engineer, Agent Foundry

Lead the architecture and implementation of complex full-stack systems that power intelligent agents. Collaborate with Product, CX, and the AI Platform team to rapidly scope, prototype, and launch agents. Design and build reusable patterns, frameworks, and abstractions for agent development as well as integrate AI models and services with Ridgeline’s unified data model and platform APIs. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable within Ridgeline’s architecture, partnering with Product squads to ensure smooth handoff, adoption, and long-term success of agents. Contribute to Ridgeline’s internal best practices for generative AI. Mentor engineers and drive engineering excellence across the Foundry and beyond. Evaluate and apply generative AI advances, weighing tradeoffs of performance, reliability, and cost.
