• Champions and implements global program designs and training tools in alignment with ministry objectives.
• Partners with regional staff and stakeholders to provide program implementation support and learning strategies.
• Analyzes data to identify improvement opportunities and defines metrics for program success.

Qualifications:

• Significant experience in humanitarian relief and international development.
• Strong experience coaching and providing technical support to implementing partners.
• Technical expertise in food security and market-based programming.
