Role & Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary liaison between grants, country offices, and home office departments, ensuring timely communication and compliance.
- Lead grant/program management including setup, tracking, and reporting for US-government funded humanitarian responses.
- Coordinate budget oversight, proposal development, and partner management to support rapid response programs.
Job Requirements:
- Mature Christian faith and commitment to World Relief's mission.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in international development or humanitarian contexts.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and manage complex, multi-country projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience with consortium-led projects and sudden-onset disaster response.
- Language skills in French and prior country office-based experience.
