Job Description

Technical Leadership & Architecture: Influence architecture and design decisions across teams, own and evolve critical platform areas like partner onboarding, and identify long-term technical risks.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Influence: Collaborate with Engineering Managers to align technical strategy, partner with Product Managers to translate product vision, and act as a trusted technical advisor across teams.

Hands-On Engineering & Delivery: Design, implement, and review high-impact code, lead technical discovery for strategic initiatives, and ensure solutions are well-tested and production-ready.

Mentorship & Engineering Excellence: Mentor engineers, helping them grow in technical depth, raise the quality bar through code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Platform Quality, Security & Reliability: Champion secure-by-design principles, work with SRE teams to ensure system reliability, and improve observability across partner-facing systems.
