Job Description
Business Partner Alignment & Strategy: Act as the procurement business partner to designated product lines, build joint value plans with stakeholders, and provide proactive market intelligence to influence product/technology decisions early.
Transformational Procurement Initiatives: Lead programs in digitization, process redesign, and governance, champion standard work and maturity improvements, and stand up should-cost models.
Financial & Operational Performance: Own annual and multi-year savings and cost avoidance targets, enable NPI readiness: supplier selection, and monitor and improve key metrics.
Commodity & Supplier Management Support: Support commodity teams to drive commodity best practices, partner with category managers to ensure alignment of sourcing strategies, and assist in supplier management programs.
