Product Manager

The selected candidate will define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals. This role will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of product initiatives, collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions that enhance the Veteran experience. The candidate must reside within the continental US. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business units and technical stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clear definition and acceptance criteria for features and user stories. Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and leadership to align priorities and manage expectations. Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product adoption, reliability, and business impact. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in product management or IT project management, preferably with API platforms or integration technologies. Proven track record of delivering complex IT products or projects in an Agile environment.
