Position Summary:
- Support the development, administration, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
- Work across CRM and reporting solutions, providing operational support and building skills in business applications and data.

Core Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business applications, technology systems, or software development.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Power BI, or similar tools.
Working Conditions:
- This is a remote position based in the United States with limited travel 2-3 times per year.
- Standard work hours are Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day, with flexible scheduling where allowed.
- The role requires eligibility to work lawfully in the United States.
